Returns & Refunds policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, most products and services bought in Australia (from 1 January 2011) come with an 'automatic consumer guarantee' that the product or service you purchased will work and do what it says it will.

If our product does not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, you may cancel the service and, in some cases, claim reimbursement for damages and loss.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Occasions when consumers aren't entitled to a replacement or refund

Consumers are not entitled to a replacement or refund under the consumer guarantee if:

  • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

  • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it

  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business

  • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.

Major problem with a product

A major problem means the product:

  • is unsafe

  • is very different from the description or sample

  • has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand

  • can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
